    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    At https://sketchupfree.com/ (SketchUp Free Ltd), we strive to provide high-quality 3D architectural and interior design models to verify your satisfaction. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is made or a subscription fee is paid.

    Please read this policy carefully before subscribing or purchasing.

    1. Nature of Digital Goods

    Since our products are downloadable digital assets (mostly .skp files, textures, and SketchUp Free Models), they are deemed “used” after download or opening. Therefore, strictly speaking, there is no “return” or “exchange” possible. All sales are considered final unless a technical issue prevents you from accessing the product.
